Delete Your Account

How to delete your account and what happens to your data

You can delete your account at any time by following these steps:

Log in to your account.
Go to your Profile page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Account.
Click "Yes, I'm sure" to confirm.
When prompted, type the word "delete" into the confirmation field, then click Delete Account.

After deletion, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which you can reactivate it via password reset. After 30 days, all personal data is anonymized unless retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance). Blockchain data (minted NFTs, transaction records) is permanent and cannot be deleted. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
